I’ve been supported by Susan for several years, with two businesses. My criteria at the start was to find someone who knew their stuff but who was also available at the end of the phone when I needed.
I’m fairly sure I’ve asked some pretty silly questions in that time. But Susan has always been there to answer and support with grace and humility.
Susan (and Douglas) have always been proactive In their approach and I never have any worries over missing a deadline or accuracy of information.
The value for money with the service received is excellent.
I’m sure it’s always possible to find cheaper alternatives but this isn’t really an area where cutting costs will pay off in the long term. Value is more important than price and you’ll struggle to find a better service elsewhere.
